The story of the Hotel Chalet Tirol begins with our famous Los Tiroleses restaurant.

It was our loyal dinner guests who commented that in order for their dining experience to be perfect, they should be able to stay longer and enjoy their magical surroundings. This is how the Hotel Chalet Tirol came into being, inviting our visitors into a fairytale world in the middle of this century-old woodland where they could feel the energy of the love, beauty and balance found in this beautiful place.

We are proud to be recognized as one of the best restaurants in Costa Rica and the most outstanding one in Heredia. The reputation that we have earned up to now is the result of cooking with real love, using only the best ingredients and recipes chosen over the years. We are proud to have found the healthiest way of preparing each of our own dishes.

Los Tiroleses restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is recognized by the CHAINE DES ROTISEURS, the oldest and most prestigious French Gourmet Association, a recognition that we very proudly uphold to this day.

Our menu tempts you with a choice of French and fusion dishes, and international specialties.

Our chef is also co-owner and Cordon Bleu trained. For her and each of our great restaurant team, cooking is their passion.
